Artist Reception: Thursday, October 15th, 6 - 9 pm 

Featuring artists Allen Garns, Michael Maczuga and Tracy Schacht, this show demonstrates a broad perspective of drawing as each artist applies their own talents. Allen Garns and Michael Maczuga have both taken at least one drawing to a finished painting as a demonstration of how a drawing evolves into an original oil painting. We are pleased and proud to present this artform which isn't typically shown in galleries.  As Joshua Rose, Editor of American Art Collector magazine states, "We rarely are able to see or purchase parts of the artistic process."  This show gives a glimpse into the foundation behind the artistic process and proves that hard work, talent and education are the genesis of great work.

 We are commemorating this show with a soft cover booklet featuring over 100 drawings from each of the five participating Scottsdale Galleries.  This 64 page soft cover booklet measures 5.5" high x 8.5" wide and is printed on 100# book stock.
